Steadypaws is a training tool: it structures gradual desensitisation training, times your sessions, and tracks progress. It is not veterinary or behavioural advice. Severe separation anxiety (self-injury, escape attempts, extreme distress) can require a qualified veterinarian or certified behaviourist, sometimes alongside medication. If your dog shows severe symptoms, please seek professional help; Steadypaws works well as a companion to professional guidance, not a replacement for it.

You are responsible for your dog's welfare during training. Never push a session past the point where your dog is in distress.

You need an account to use Steadypaws. Keep your password safe, as you're responsible for activity on your account. You must be at least 13 years old. You can delete your account at any time from the Profile screen, which permanently removes your data.

The core training features of Steadypaws are free. Steadypaws Pro is an optional paid subscription (monthly or yearly) that adds extra features such as full session history, household sharing and data export.

• Payments are processed by Stripe.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
• You can cancel anytime from Profile → Manage billing. You keep Pro until the end of the period you've paid for. We don't do retention tricks.
• Prices may change for new subscribers, but we will never silently raise the price of an existing subscription.
• If something went wrong with a charge, email us. We're humans and we'll sort it out.

Your training data belongs to you. Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect (very little) and how it's handled. You can export your training log from the app and delete your account and all its data at any time.

Don't attempt to break, overload, or reverse-engineer the service, abuse other users through shared features, or use Steadypaws for anything unlawful. We may suspend accounts that do.

We aim to keep Steadypaws available and improving, but it's provided "as is" without warranties. We may add, change, or remove features. If we ever discontinue the service, we'll give reasonable notice so you can export your data.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability to you is limited to the amount you've paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses, or for outcomes of training decisions you make. Every dog is different, and you know yours best.

If we make material changes we'll update the date above and, for significant changes, let you know in the app or by email. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
